Delivery Information

Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days

All prepaid orders are delivered using a secure One-Time Password (OTP) verification system. Once the delivery is successfully completed with OTP confirmation, the order will be considered fulfilled, and we cannot accept claims regarding non-delivery or missing packages.

For your security, please do not share the OTP with anyone until you have received the parcel in hand.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration

The return request is made after the allowed time period

Items purchased under clearance, sale, or special offers (unless defective)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return

Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved, a pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI (details required)


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or defective items only

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Subject to product availability


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

A wrong product

Please report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for quick resolution.


6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the case

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the cost

For other returns, a small shipping fee may be deducted from the refund


7. Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, accessories, or customized products (if applicable)

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the website
